Learn by doing.
At ERA, we believe that some of the most important skills are developed when young people are given the opportunity to participate, question, debate and put their knowledge into practice.
Our workshops transform learning into an active experience. Participants are encouraged to take the lead – presenting ideas, working in teams, solving problems, debating contemporary issues and learning directly from one another.

Our workshops explore topics connected to international relations, economics, politics, diplomacy, European affairs, personal development and professional skills.
Depending on the topic, participants may take part in:
- Interactive discussions and debates
- Presentations and public-speaking exercises
- Team-based problem solving
- Negotiations and simulations
- Case studies based on contemporary issues
- Skills and career-development sessions

Skills Beyond the Classroom
Through our workshops, participants develop skills that are valuable across educational and professional paths – from critical thinking and public speaking to teamwork, negotiation, research and leadership.

Just as importantly, they meet other curious and ambitious young people, exchange perspectives and become part of a community in which learning continues beyond the workshop itself.

Because education becomes more powerful when you have the opportunity to experience it.
