At ERA, we believe impact begins when a young person encounters an opportunity, perspective or experience they might not otherwise have had access to.
Since our foundation, we have worked to create spaces where young people can explore their interests, challenge themselves, meet professionals and peers from around the world, and gain the confidence to make more informed choices about their futures.
A Community Beyond Borders

ERA has brought together a growing international community of young people from more than 17 countries, connecting participants with different cultures, perspectives and ambitions.
Through international simulations, workshops, institutional visits and educational initiatives, we create environments where young people learn from one another.
Experiences That Stay With You
The impact of an educational experience cannot always be captured by numbers.
Sometimes it is discovering an interest you did not know you had. Sometimes it is meeting someone who changes your understanding of a profession. Sometimes it is finding the confidence to speak in front of a room, travel internationally, apply for an opportunity or pursue an entirely different career.
These are some of the experiences that have shaped members of the ERA community.
“My first Model United Nations with MUNOS was in 2021, debating the blockade of Yemen. From that first experience, I was already counting the days until the next conference. MUN became something I genuinely wanted to improve at—each experience pushed me to prepare more, challenge myself and aim higher. My most recent MUN was one of the best experiences I have had, and I am already training for the next one with a new goal: earning the Best Delegate award.”
